As a provider for modern software solutions, we are growing our team in Troy, MI. We are looking for individuals who have experience with HR and Technical Recruitment in IT industry and aspire to grow into this role and be part of the core group of the company.

Your duties include:

Ø Recruitment Activities – Creating Job Descriptions, Posting Requirements, Sourcing Candidates, Coordinating Interview Process, Negotiating Salary, Creating Offer Letters

Ø HR Activities - Onboarding new employees, taking care of their well-being, Helping with Appraisal Cycles, Performing Payroll activities, Documenting and Developing HR Policies

Ø Employee Engagement – Co-ordinating General Communication, Event Planning, Keeping Employees Engaged with Company Activities 

Ø Accounting Activities – Book Keeping and Accounting using QuickBooks

Ø General Administration – Managing Documents, Participating in Audit Activities, Answering Employee questions

Ø Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention

Ø Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal standards and reduce risks related to daily management of employees

Ø Set standards for ethics, values and culture of company

 

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Ø People Oriented Human Being

Ø Positive, Self-Motivated and Value Driven Person 

Ø Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ø Excellent teamwork skills with an ability to get the work done with minimal supervision 

Ø Bachelors or Associate Degree

Ø Prior experience in Recruitment, HR, Accounting and General Administrative Role 

 

Compensation: 38-48K
